This was my first time riding in the Myherin Forest, and I was joined by Dave, Pete, John and Matt.

All was going well until the second of the loose, slaty descents where John slashed his tyre. Pete and I helped him fix it and then as we reached the bottom of the descent the heavens opened. On went our waterproofs and as I did so I noticed my car key wasn't where it was supposed to be.

We therefore headed back to the cars to se if I'd left it in the door. I had, and all was still there, so John headed off with his slashed tyre whilst Dave, Pete, Matt and I did another loop on the other side of the forest.

I preferred this side of the forest I think with longer, more flowy descents and a nice grassy descent too. There's plenty more exploration to be done as well.
